These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website, including physical books, digital downloads, audio products, and workshop materials. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Overview

Saira Anwar is an independent author, poet, and creative artist. Products are offered in good faith, with care and clarity. All creative works remain the intellectual property of Saira Anwar.

2. Products Offered

We sell:

  • Signed, numbered, limited-edition poetry books
  • Digital products (PDFs, MP3s, eBooks)
  • Printable journals and workbooks
  • Audio recordings and poetry reflections
  • Event tickets and workshop access (occasionally)

Digital products are delivered by email or direct download after purchase. Physical books are shipped from the UK.

3. Preorders

Some products (such as limited-edition books) are sold via preorder.

When you place a preorder:

  • You will be charged immediately
  • Your item will be reserved and fulfilled once available
  • Estimated dispatch dates will be listed on the product page
  • If a delay occurs, we will notify you by email

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot be responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship from the United Kingdom.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. All physical orders are carefully packaged and shipped within the timelines provided on the product pages.

We are not liable for customs charges, delays due to postal services, or losses once the item has been dispatched. If something goes wrong, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

5. Returns & Refunds

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Digital products (PDFs, MP3s, or eBooks)
  • Preorders after 48 hours of purchase
  • Limited edition signed copies (unless damaged in transit)

If your physical item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will offer a replacement or partial refund.

If you accidentally purchase the wrong digital item, contact us within 24 hours and we will try to resolve it — at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including books, poems, journals, audio, and visuals are the intellectual property of Saira Anwar. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute any content without written permission.

Personal use only — sharing digital files without purchase is prohibited.

7. Gifting & “Gift A Copy Forward”

When you choose to gift a copy or sponsor a stranger’s book:

  • You will not receive the physical product
  • We will ensure the book reaches someone in need or nominated
  • If we are unable to fulfil the gift within 90 days, we may issue you a credit or offer you a refund

These gifts are offered in trust and generosity.

8. Changes to Products or Pricing

We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust product descriptions, availability, or pricing at any time
  • Limit the quantity of items available
  • Refuse or refund any order in the event of error or suspected misuse

All prices include VAT (if applicable) and are listed in GBP (£).

9. Payment & Security

Payments are processed securely via SureCart. We do not store your card details on this site.
